From Saturday, April 4 2009 è in vigore l’ordinanza che vieta le manifestazioni nel centro storico di Reggio Emilia dalle 14:00 del sabato e per tutta la giornata di domenica. Questa città, che vuole sempre primeggiare in tutto, ha saputo essere avanguardia anche nell’applicare la direttiva Maroni ed è diventata una delle poche città in Italia dove già vige il divieto di manifestare.
Questo divieto è un gravissimo attacco alla libertà di espressione e manifestazione del dissenso ed è passato senza colpo ferire, senza dibattito né spiegazione alcuna, pubblicizzato solo da qualche trafiletto sui giornali locali ,come se si trattasse di una qualsiasi comunicazione di routine.

That part of town that still has a good memory, can not accept that is imposed from above in an arbitrary manner and to waive a fundamental right to freely express their ideas in the days and places as it deems appropriate.
Therefore, we invite all and everyone to be in place Saturday, April 18 to attend a gathering to demonstrate against the ban on the weekend in the historic center of the hexagon and against all the red areas.
